Drew Smith is an exceptional estate agent. My wife and I purchased our first home, in a matter of weeks, and Drew was the one who helped make that happen. It was thanks to his brilliant advice, quick action, and wonderful contacts in the area that we were able to get approved for a mortgage, have a home inspection, have the appraisal done and close on the house just 18 days after we put an offer in, and 23 days after we first saw the house! He is efficient, knowledgeable, truthful and very charismatic, and as we were first time buyers so very green to the situation, extremely brilliant at putting us at ease, explaining all of the info as many times as we needed and guiding us through the process. I would, without a shadow of a doubt, recommend him to you for your real estate needs, as I am sure he is just as exceptional at selling a property as he was at helping us buy one. Thank you Drew!

I must tell all of you that may use Prudential to use Drew Smith he is wonderful and very patient in trying to help folks find a home ,I am a very picky lady and trust me when I tell you he is a wonderful man ,kind ,sweet ,and funny ,makes shopping for a home fun ,we fit like two peas in a pod as far a sense of humor ,but he is also very about buisiness when needed ,we love him he is a great guy I cant say enough in words ,i would never use anyone else ,if for some reason we would decide to sell our home which is very doubtful ,but if we would he is the only guy I would use as a realtor .

Drew is phenomenal in his knowledge of the properties, locations, and the processes in buying a house. Any time I called or texted him (which was quite a lot) he got back to me right away. I found the process of buying my home quite easy as a result of Drew. He made me feel comfortable with the process every step along the way.
